Cinnamon Raisin Spread

Cinnamon and Raisin Spread
(The Cookbook Junkie)

1 cup fat free cream cheese I used low-fat
1 cup cottage cheese I used low-fat
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons white sugar I added a bit more
1/2 cup raisins

Place fat free cream cheese, cottage cheese, cinnamon and white sugar in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in raisins. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

Yummy! Spread on toast, bagels, english muffins, whatever your heart’s desire!
