BANANA CARAMEL BREAD PUDDING
A unique bread pudding made with bananas and caramels.

|1||(1 1/2-pound) loaf cinnamon-raisin bread, cubed|
|3||medium bananas, sliced|
|1/2||(14-ounce) package (26) caramels, unwrapped, cut in half|
|1/4||cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted|
|1||teaspoon ground cinnamon|
Beat eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk until thick and lemon-colored (1 to 2 minutes). Add milk, sugar, butter and cinnamon; mix well. Pour evenly over bread cubes. Bake for 35 minutes.
Reduce oven to 300°F. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until center is set. Serve warm or chilled.
